You can access the oldest part of the house via the shared terrace with the seating area reserved for you. Here on the ground floor is the popular fireplace room, the former kitchen of the house.
As you will notice soon, we have endeavoured to preserve the original character during the renovation: thick natural stone walls, typical floor tiles, Provençal fabrics, old ceiling beams and, above all, the huge fireplace contribute to the cosiness. This was the only fireplace in the house, and the embers were used to cook on the antique ‘potager’ (precious hand-painted tiles). The solid wooden doors of the wall cupboard have also attracted many an antique dealer.
The two single beds have firm mattresses (0.90m x 2.00m).
All our duvets and pillows are made of allergy-friendly material.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, stainless steel sink, fridge with ice compartment, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking pots for two people.
The simple bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The fireplace room is often rented by guests who value originality.
