Via your private terrace (with seating area) you enter the kitchen, which is traditionally the family’s meeting place, as is usual in the south.
The rustic country-style furnishings include a large fridge, ceramic hob, oven, sink, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking pots for 8 people and plenty of storage space for your shopping at the market.
The large dining table with 8 chairs forms the centrepiece of this area.
From the small balcony you are sure to enjoy the marvellous view of the hills opposite. You can overlook part of the property, the pool and the hill opposite with its fields of vines and sunflowers (there is said to have been a Roman settlement here in the past).
The neighbouring living room with sofa (folds out into a bed 1.60m x 1.90m), armchair and coffee table is a great place to relax and browse.
There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC on the lower floor.

The open wooden staircase leads to the hallway on the upper floor.
The first two rooms each have two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), wardrobe, table and chairs.
The third room has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a nice shelf for clothes, a table and two chairs.
On the open gallery there are 2 further sleeping possibilities (simple mattresses).
Next door is the second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
